TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Registration Registrations are only accepted once the online registration form has been successfully submitted and full payment has been received. 2. Security When registering online, your personal and payment details are secured and encrypted using the latest data protection technologies. 3. Confirmation / Payment Obligation By completing your registration for the AGC Annual Meeting 2026 and clicking the “Register Now” button, you enter into a binding agreement with The American Gynecological Club. This includes acceptance of the associated payment obligations and deadlines. You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your registration details. If you select payment by bank transfer or check, an invoice will be included. A final confirmation will be sent once payment is received. 4. Correspondence Address All communication regarding the meeting will be sent to the email address provided during registration. 5. Liability By registering, participants agree that The American Gynecological Club, Status Plus, the Scientific Committee, the Education Committee, and their representatives assume no liability. 6. Insurance Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange their own travel, health, and cancellation insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances. 7. Photography / Image Use Policy The American Gynecological Club reserves the right to use images captured during the meeting for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your image used, please submit written notice to info@americangynclub.org. 8. Currency All fees are listed and must be paid in U.S. Dollars (USD). 9. Pending Amounts Any outstanding balances due to incorrect registration category or missed deadlines will be collected on-site. 10. Payment On-Site On-site payments may be made via cash or valid credit card. 11. Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy Refund requests must be submitted in writing to The American Gynecological Club before August 24, 2026.
